Appointment confirmation for several jobs assigned to the same customer on the same day in the Calendar ensures efficient scheduling and clear communication.
This feature allows for the seamless organization of multiple tasks or services for a single customer, preventing overlaps and ensuring all appointments are properly tracked.
Click on Calendar or press F9.
Right-click on the appointment you wish to confirm and select "Confirm the appointment by SMS".
In the confirmation window, choose one of the options to confirm: the confirm the current appointment or the first in the schedule, both for the same customer.
